Contact Support

For connection issues, subscription questions, order checks, or refund requests, submit a ticket through the user panel. Keep your issue details and follow-up messages together to make it easier to review the support history.

Support Channels

User Panel Tickets

Use tickets for questions that require an account, subscription, or order review, as well as connection troubleshooting. Sign in to the panel, open the tickets section, describe the issue and what happened, note the steps you have already tried, then submit your message.

No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. Never include your account password when submitting a support request.

Email and Telegram

No public support email address or Telegram account is currently listed. Submit all service-related requests through the user panel. Access the panel from this website, and do not send account or payment details to contacts whose identity has not been verified.

Before You Submit

Share only the details relevant to your issue. Before sending screenshots, hide passwords, subscription links, access tokens, and any payment details unrelated to the problem.

Connection and Access Issues

Tell us which platform you use, the error shown in your client, the name of the selected route, and when the issue occurred. If only one app is affected, include its name and say whether other apps work normally.

Also mention whether you switched networks or routes, or restarted the client. Include the exact error message where possible; it helps more than saying only that you cannot connect.

Subscriptions and Data

Tell us your current plan, the data usage shown in the panel, and what you would like us to check. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire.

If the client and panel show different information, describe the status shown in each. Do not paste your full subscription URL into a ticket.

Payments and Order Checks

Include the order number shown in the panel, payment method, payment time, and current order status. Supported payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

If the payment result differs from the status in the panel, describe the difference and attach proof with unrelated details hidden. You can add updates to the original ticket while the order is being reviewed.

Refund Requests

Y6VPN offers a 7-day refund policy. Submit a ticket with your refund request and the relevant order number so the order can be reviewed.

Refunds are subject to the terms set out in the Terms of Service. Submitting a request and completing a refund are separate steps. Check the original ticket for the review outcome and next steps.

Replies and Request Status

We do not publish a fixed response time. Timing depends on the issue and the information needed to review it; connection troubleshooting, order checks, and refund requests may take different amounts of time. Check the tickets section of the panel for replies after submitting your request; there is no need to wait for an email notification.

Keep follow-up messages about the same issue in the original ticket. If the issue is resolved, let us know what you did and the current status. If it persists, share any new error messages or steps to reproduce it so troubleshooting can continue.

Include only the information needed to explain the issue. Never send your account password, full subscription URL, or access token in a ticket.
