Route selection and
subscription device management
Start with the services you need to access, then choose an exit region, data plan and device setup. Find usage tips on the left and plan details on the right. Route performance also depends on your local network, time of day and the destination platform's policies.
Choosing a route during peak hours
When accessing international sites in the evening, first distinguish local network congestion from changes in the exit route. Y6VPN offers IEPL dedicated, relayed and direct routes, making it easy to compare options by destination region. Try the pages, videos or work tools you use most at your usual times, and check loading, playback and connection stability before settling on a route. Route type alone does not guarantee reliability: Wi-Fi signal, carrier routing and the destination service can all affect performance. If things fluctuate, try another route in the same region first rather than changing several settings at once.
Bank-grade encryption
Y6VPN uses bank-grade encryption to protect data transmitted between the client and its routes. When using public networks or switching connection environments, get the client and subscription through the user panel, and avoid sharing subscription details with people you don't know. An encrypted connection does not make a destination website trustworthy or replace strong account passwords, device updates or a site's own security measures. For account or payment pages, check the domain and connection indicators. Treat route protection, device security and account management as separate layers to help identify where an issue occurs.
Unlimited devices
Y6VPN supports unlimited devices, so you can use the service across computers and mobile devices. Dedicated access is available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Sign in to get your subscription from the user panel. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: when sharing a subscription across devices, check your panel's data usage and plan downloads, streaming and work accordingly. Before switching devices, check the client settings and confirm that the target app is using your selected route. Subscription details grant account access, so keep them secure and don't publish them or enter them into untrusted tools.
Access to AI tools
When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, a network connection is only one part of access. Start by choosing an exit region supported by the service, then check that sign-in, prompts and file operations work as expected. Account region, platform policies and risk checks may affect access independently; Y6VPN does not provide platform accounts or paid features. For work, keep a suitable route selected. If an error appears, note the message and check the platform's status before trying another route, so you don't mistake an account permissions issue for a network problem. Find step-by-step checks in the AI Tools section.
Streaming
When streaming on Netflix, Disney+ or other video platforms, consider the exit region, account entitlements and content licensing together. Choose a region based on the content you want, then check both the title page and actual playback. Y6VPN offers international routes but cannot guarantee that all content on a platform will remain available; platforms may also change how they identify exit addresses. If a page loads but playback fails, note the error, check your account and device settings, then try another route. Video quality and buffering also depend on your local network, player settings and the streaming service.
7-day no-questions-asked refunds
Y6VPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To see whether the service suits your setup, test it on your usual devices, during your regular access times and with the apps you actually use—not just by checking whether the client says it's connected. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so read the full plan details before choosing. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel and follow the terms of service. Keep your order details and related messages for reference. The refund policy does not cover fees charged by third-party platforms; check each service's terms separately.
Choose by data needs
Monthly data resets on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated into the remaining days.
Data packages never expire
¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Use until depleted—ideal for occasional or irregular use.
Unlimited devices. No email required—create an account with a username and password. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Define your needs before comparing plans
When choosing a subscription, consider the exit region, monthly data allowance and devices you'll use. The exit region determines where your requests appear to come from; the data allowance affects how much you can do; and your devices determine client setup and connection options. Y6VPN puts monthly subscriptions, permanent data packages and client downloads in the user panel, so you can check prices and use cases before setting up. No email is required to create an account, but that doesn't mean subscription details are safe to share publicly. Keep your username, password and subscription details secure.
Judge whether the service fits your needs by testing your actual workflow. A webpage loading doesn't confirm that file uploads, video playback or app sign-in will also work. Test the full task on your usual network, then check it on other devices. The homepage explains how to choose and lists plan details; actual connection results depend on the client and destination service.
Popular exit regions and route types
Coverage across 110+ countries and 230+ routes. The examples below illustrate route selection for popular regions; a region name does not guarantee a specific city, route or ongoing access to a streaming library.

| Singapore | See user panel | Available types vary by panel | Check against the platform's regional rules |
| Japan | See user panel | Relayed route example | Check the catalog and actual playback |

Comparing IEPL, relayed and direct routes
IEPL dedicated, relayed and direct routes describe how connections are organized, not whether a destination platform will allow access. To compare them, keep the destination region the same and observe loading and ongoing use in the apps you actually need. Don't judge performance by geographic distance alone, or assume one successful connection will perform the same at all times. Local access quality, carrier routing and destination site conditions all play a part.
If your destination service has specific regional requirements, check its supported regions first, then choose a matching exit region. For general browsing on international sites, look for a route that works well on your usual network. Change one variable at a time when troubleshooting: try another route in the same region, check the client mode, then review the app itself. This makes it easier to distinguish network issues from account problems and explain what you've already tried in a support ticket.

Readings below are for interface reference only. They do not indicate actual app performance or guarantee availability. After choosing an exit region, test access on your own network.
If you have connection trouble, note the error, device platform and selected region, then submit a ticket through the user panel. Don't post passwords or full subscription details publicly.
Client downloads and subscription access
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel; sign in to access your subscription.
Install, import and test after signing in
In the downloads section, choose a client that matches your device's operating system. For non-iOS clients, sign in to download. The panel checks your active plan status for iOS access. Downloading a client and getting an active subscription are separate steps: after installation, get your subscription from the user panel and import it by following the guide. Plan descriptions on the website are not subscription details. Never enter your account password into an import tool from an unknown source.
Once connected, visit the destination site, then test sign-in, playback or uploads in the app. If results differ between your browser and an app, check the client’s proxy mode and app settings instead of reinstalling. Use the same verification steps when switching devices, checking both the local connection and destination service. See the setup guides for instructions. For help, use a user panel support ticket and include your operating system, symptoms and steps you've already tried.
Monthly subscriptions and permanent data packages
Monthly plans suit regular use; data packages suit occasional or unpredictable use. Choose based on your data needs, not the number of devices—all plans support unlimited devices.

Data packages: use until depleted, never expire
¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB
If you only use international routes for specific tasks, compare the billing options for data packages and monthly subscriptions. Data packages never expire and last until the chosen allowance is used up; monthly subscription data resets on your activation date. These products have different prices and usage patterns, so don't compare them by price alone or treat a data package as a monthly allowance.
Mid-cycle upgrades to a monthly subscription are prorated into the remaining days. Before choosing, check the plan and order details in the panel to make sure the data allowance and billing method match your needs. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Review the terms for refund details; the stated policy is a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.
View all plan details →Common questions before subscribing
Check account setup, billing and access limits before configuring the client. These answers do not replace the full plan details or terms of service.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your sign-in details secure and manage subscriptions, clients and orders in the user panel. Subscription details grant access and shouldn't be shared publicly as ordinary links. Contact support through a ticket in the panel.
What's the difference between a monthly subscription and a data package?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they never expire and last until depleted. Compare them based on how often you use the service and how much data you need; they are different billing options.
Can I use the service on a computer and mobile devices at the same time?
Yes. There is no device limit, and Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Device limits don't vary by plan, but data usage depends on the product you choose. Configure and test the client on each device, and keep an eye on data-intensive tasks such as background downloads and streaming.
Does a successful connection let me watch content from every region?
A connection indicator alone can't confirm that content is available. The exit region, account entitlements, platform regional rules and licensing for individual titles can all affect playback. Check the title details, then test playback. If an error appears, save the message and check your account status. Y6VPN route subscriptions do not include paid access to third-party video platforms or AI tools.
Where can I get help with refunds or connection issues?
Y6VPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for details. Submit refund requests and connection issues through a ticket in the user panel. Include your device platform, selected region, error message and steps you've already tried to help us investigate. Don't post account passwords or full subscription details publicly.
Troubleshoot by symptom
Webpages failing to load, videos not playing and accounts failing to sign in can have different causes. First check that your local network works, then confirm the client has an active subscription imported, the expected region is selected and the destination app is configured to use the connection. If only one platform is affected, check its status, account region and entitlements. Checking each factor in turn is more useful than repeatedly reinstalling or switching regions.
